Why there is a stated limit
Every analysis costs us real money to run, so “unlimited” would be a word we could not keep. One hundred documents a month is far more than a person reads; the ceiling exists to stop automated use, not to ration yours. If you hit it in good faith, email us.
Why it is tied to a browser
There is no Policy Pal account, so there is nothing to log in to. A random installation token lives in your browser storage and carries your entitlement. Clearing that storage removes the link from that browser but does not cancel anything at Stripe — use the email from checkout to restore it, here or on another machine.
Cancelling and refunds
Choose Manage subscription in the panel. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Stripe handles refunds under the rules shown at checkout, plus any rights your local law gives you. The full text is in the terms.
